Ms. Wardrope has found remarkable success as a paralegal and supervisor for more than 30 years
NOTTINGHAM, MD, July 15, 2021 Sharon L. Wardrope has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. For more than 30 years, Ms. Wardrope has flourished as a paralegal and supervisor at Moore, Carney, Ryan and Lattanzi LLC. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aforementioned law office, she manages the settlement department and trains new employees. Ms. Wardrope also excels as a licensed title agent and plays a central role in the firm’s title search process, which involves the examination of public records to determine a property’s legal ownership.
Moore, Carney, Ryan and Lattanzi originally recruited Ms. Wardrope as a settlement processor in 1986. While building an expertise in real estate law, she became a licensed title agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. She also obtained an Associate of Applied Science in paralegal studies from Harford Community College in 1994. Nine years later, Ms. Wardrope completed her education upon earning a Bachelor of Arts in jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore.
Ms. Wardrope attributes a great deal of her success to her notable organizational skills. She is additionally grateful to have been mentored by Richard Lattanzi, Esq., who co-founded the firm in 1977. Thanks to Mr. Lattanzi’s enthusiasm and passion for his work, Ms. Wardrope became fascinated by the firm’s daily processes and quickly developed a vast knowledge of real estate law.
